The London Cycle Workshop is the most established independently owned bicycle service & repair business in London with four locations, all in South West London. They pride themselves on offering professional services and expertise on all types of bicycles whilst delivering great customer service and a passion for all things bicycle!
Being a South-West London based cycling club it only made sense to approach the awesome team at The London Cycle Workshop and link up to offer 2 Wheels riders a discount on parts and accessories (not labour) purchased from The London Cycle Workshop.
We love the culture at The London Cycle Workshop and they work wonders keeping our most prized possessions is top running order.

What is the discount and how does it work?

Everyone that opts into the discount system will get 10% off parts and accessories purchased at/through The London Cycle Workshop.

What does this mean for me and my bike?

When you take your bike in to be serviced, any replacement parts and accessories will automatically have discount applied! Or if you purchase or order parts, clothing, accessories or nutrition and give your name at checkout, the discount will be applied!

How to Opt-in for the discount

Although we would love to say the discounts have no strings attached, we cant. We are asking that all club members purchase a TLCW Bottle or Buff in order to opt-in and prevent abuse! The opt in is a once-off fee of £8 which covers the cost of the TLCW merchandise and the shipping to your chosen address, the club does not take a portion!

Service/Repair Process

The London Cycle Workshop is primarily a workshop open for servicing and repairs. We are capable of servicing and repairing all types of bikes and are well known for our on the spot repairs to keep people cycling with minimal fuss. We have professional workshops staffed by experienced and qualified bike mechanics who all love bikes (of all shapes and sizes!) and are keen lifelong cyclists with a wealth of experience.

The system is simple. There is no appointment or diary system so you can drop your bike in anytime without calling ahead. We will assess the bike with you, agree the service or repair work that needs to be done and record the details on our system. You specify your preferred collection date and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will phone or text you when the job is done to confirm the bike is ready to collect, or with any questions we may have. Payment on collection. Simple.
